I have a problem with ftp download of files with long names e.g. 20150416_062000_C_BIHAC.cd11
When using FTP from command prompt it works, but from automate task I received the error:
There was a problem downloading the file "20150416_062000_C_BIHAC.cd11".
No files were downloaded. (There was a problem downloading the file "20150416_062000_C_BIHAC.cd11".)

Hello,

Which action are you using the download the file, FTP Download or FTP Advanced "Download"?

I would suggest you use the FTP Advanced action to download your file.
