I am using Automate10 both on Win7 and Win10 nowadays but came across some serious problems.

For a same software window, the focus function can be played on Win7 but can't on Win10. For further detail is that when you drag a the magnifier onto the specified window or interface, the green frame appears on Windows7 OS, but which dosn't work on Windows10 OS. In fact, not only the focus, but also any other function involves drag operation has the same prob.

I am not sure whether it has something to do with the operating system or settings and still hesitating to restore the OS

Some updated news. I tried another Win7(32-bit with automate9) but also get the sadly result. So I doubt that it was not caused by the different OS, maybe some settings. By the way, the computers that failed are all laptops, the only successful one is desktop.

Hello,

Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with a list of your availability.
