Hello -

We are doing a mass mailing. One of the fields being pulled from an Excel spreadsheet is formatted as currency, but in the email it drops the formatting.

Any ideas? I have it set to keep the formatting, but it isn't working.

Hi Marty,
It really depends on how automate is dealing with excel. Try to prefix the value before placing in the email. You can do this using automate variable actions or you can do this in excel. i.e. =TEXT(A1,"$#,##0.00").

If this doesn't work can you post your automate steps?
