Hi all,
I am trying to create an email session but Automate, after a few seconds, returns me this error message:

"Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Searching in internet I have found that is an error not related to Automate only.

Could you please help me?

I can confirm that the mailbox works fine. (I connect to it via Outlook since the server is an Exchange Server)

My specs:

O.S. : Windows 7 Enterprise
Automate 11 Premium

Regards

Gabriele

Gabriele,

I'm assuming that Outlook and Automate are installed on the same machine correct? Do you also have an OWA URL that allows you to check your mail through the web browser? If so, is that the same URL that you are using for the email server?
