Hello,

In outlook, I have several mailboxes... Is there a way to read these other mailboxes? I only seem to be able to read my own Inbox...

Thanks,

Hello Francois,

You should be able to specify them using the "path" of the folder:

To specify subfolders, use a "/" (i.e. Inbox/SubFolderName). For more details regarding Exchange "well-known" folders

here is the help file which contains more information:

Hi,

Sorry, I think I may have been unclear... In Outlook, I have my main email address: francois@email.com, which has all the usual folders (inbox, sent items, etc...)... but I also have other mailboxes (ie reports@email.com, noanswer@email.com) which also have their own inbox, sent, etc... How do I access emails in reports@email.com when my primary email is francois@email.com

Hello Francois,

In that case you will need to create a new step that uses that mailboxes credentials to access it.

In other words, for each user/mailbox, you will need to input the server info and credentials to access it.

Is that the only way? I don't actually have a login for that mailbox... as it's a mailbox that I was granted access to...

I have my username/password... but the other boxes, I was just granted access to them

Hello Francois,

Can you elaborate on the access that you were granted?

The more information you are able to provide the better.
