We have a process that moves files from one folder to an archive, but we had it set up in AM10 to exclude certain files under the 'Exclude mals' option. However, we just moved this task over to AM11 and it's trying to move those exluded files.

Is there something else we need to set so it's not trying to move those files?

Sure. Obviously I changed some of the name within the variables, but the priniciple is the same.

Jacob,

Your exclude masks need to be *.com instead of .com.

Hi, Leonard.

Apologies; I should have specified that the file in question *is* just .com. It doesn't have a name. Also, we've had this running for quite some time without an issues in AM10. It's only when we moved it over to AM11 that this cropped up.

I'll try that, but we've had an issue when we first built this and we used *.com, in that it kept trying to move it.

Hi Jacob,

I have tested again with an actual .com file name and have reproduced the same results as you. Using *.com in v11 appears to function the way you want to. I have submitted a bug (23098).

Leonard,

Thank you for looking into this and for testing it. I did add the wildcard and the task completed successfully, so that appears to work.

Thanks!
