We have been dealing with regular crash issues (at least once a week) with version
With supports advice we upgraded to, this led to workflows that previously ran in seconds taking upwards of 5 minutes to complete. There seemed to be at least a minutes delay in workflows starting to run, then further delays for each task within a workflow to start.

Is this a common problem with the latest version? Is there a setting that controls this?

We have reverted back to for now but and help would be appreciated.

Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to with a list of your availability.
