We have 3 developer licenses and they are currently all used up. The issue is that my connection is currently the only active one - we don't know where the other 2 are coming from or what users they are tied to.

How can I identify who are using the other connections?
How can I determine where they are connecting from?
How can I terminate other connections from the console management session?

This is on 11.0.6.11.

Thanks!

Hi Patrick,

Based on your licensing you should be able to see who has logged into the SMC and from which machine by going to SMC > Reports > Audit Events. You can then adjust the date/time frame to accomodate the last couple of days and see who has logged into the SMC and from what machine. I also recommend enabling the session time outs from SMC > Options > Server Settings > SMS Sessions to automatically close sessions based on a specified time of inactivity.

I don't see Audit Events under Reports. This is on the BPA Standard edition, not Enterprise. Am I looking in the wrong place? See the attached screenshot.

Hi Patrick,

Unfortunately, based on the licensing for your install, you don't have access to what I have previously outlined. The quickest way to sever the other SMC connections would be to restart the Management Server service.
