Hello,

I've configured file watcher, and when I manually run the workflow you can see the FILE WATCHER turn green. Then I place files in the folder and it kicks off the job.

However, if I place additional files into the folder nothing happens. Until I re-run the job manually. I was under the impression with FILE WATCHER that it was suppose to poll the folder then start the task if it met the condition.

What can I do to get this working properly?!

I'm using BPA 7, on Windows 2003 Server - The folder that I'm polling doesn't have a BPA agent it's a network share. I've given the network share proper security access as I'm not having trouble when I manually run the entire workflow.

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,

Did you configure the user tab of the trigger with a user that has credentials to access the network share? Is the network share a mapped drive letter or UNC path?
