This report is to inform you that an AutoMate Task step has failed to execute properly:

Task name: VW Referrals FTP Download
Step number: 8
Time of error: 3/11/2013 9:15:06 AM
Error message: Variable "ftpFileList" does not exist Computer name: xxxxxxx

Ricardo, the tumbleweed ftp issue we fixed is keep failing when there are no files on ftp..What could be done to fix this?

the above error shows variable when there there no files in the Dataset it is creating in the run time..

Hi Suresh,

You have two options in this case.

1. Setup your task to check for files that match your criteria with an IF statement (Use Get Long List). If there aren't files end gracefully.
2. Setup your task (action) to ignore that specific error in the "On Error" tab.

Let us know if that works for you.
