Hi Kumar,

Was there a workflow running at the time of the error? If so what does the workflow execute?

Hi Kumar,

Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to support@networkautomation.com with a list of your availability.

Note: Please reference this forum thread in your email.

Ricardo,

Thank you. Soon I will email you the availability for GoToAssist session.

Meantime, I came across below scenario.

1. BPA Agent displayed Offline

2.Services shows as running.

3. The task schedule to run has run without any error.

After further investigating, this issue appears to be caused intermittently by a particular task. Kumar has agreed to continue version migration, and will monitor for this issue in BPA9.
