automate 7.1.3.0

windows 2008 r2

We must restart service or restart server randomly several times a week.

Yesterday 20:27 we had to restart the automate server since it stopped running tasks. I will attach some log details to make it easyer to understand the problem.

Task Events: Doesnt show anything between 18:00 and 20:30

System Events: Nothing between 18:00 and 20:27

Audit Events: Here i can see all the maintasks, but it doesnt run the tasks. It just says: "Task will not run.", whats this? I didnt even get a error email(email set in default error email in options on automate7, and it works in some cases)

Event Viewer: This error says:

Faulting application name: AM7TS.exe, version: 7.1.3.0, time stamp: 0x00000009

Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17651, time stamp: 0x4e211319

Exception code: 0x0eedfade

Fault offset: 0x0000b9bc

Faulting process id: 0x%9

Faulting application start time: 0x%10

Faulting application path: %11

Faulting module path: %12

Report Id: %13

Hope you can help me

Thanks in advance!

Hi Patchie,

Is this issue specific to one task or does it happen with random tasks?

Hi Patchie,

I would like to investigate the task that runs right before the issue occurs. I think it would be wise to take a look at that task. Is that possible?
