Hi Kuniko,

I suspect there is an issue with the RUN action you are using. Please provide the .aml code for the RUN action so we can review it.

Hi Kuniko,

Please provide the entire .aml task. You will need to export the task from Task Administrator so that we can view the properties as well. If you do not feel comfortable posting the task you can email it over to support@networkautomation.com

Hi Kuniko,

Are you able to run that batch job outside of AutoMate without issue?

Hi Kuniko,

As a test can you please change the logon setting to run as logged on user? Give it a try and let us know your results.

Ricardo,

I tried to change the logon setting to run as logged on user and process. It's completed. But We can process the same task by manually without change logon setting.

I send the our system log by e-mail.
I think This case is so strange.... I want to know that creation timing of Task Event, System Event, Audit Event on Automate.

This is no error log on the system. So We cannot notice that issue is happened... We worry about same problem will be happened..

Thank you,
Kuniko

Hi Kuniko,

This is very odd, Would it be possible to setup a GoToAssist session so that we can take a closer look at this issue? If so please send an email to support@networkautomation.com with your availability for tomorrow or the upcoming week.
