Hello,

There are Service actions in AM7/BPA7. However if the AM/BPA service is the issue, it would need to be restarted from an external souce like Windows Task Scheduler.

Are there any errors in the Windows Event Viewer application log related to AM/BPA that can help determine why there is a problem with the service in the first place?

The error will pop up very often..and the only way to stop it from appearing is to stop the automate 7 service using service manager..But if i stop it,my task wont be working as usual..

I did try re-installing the automate 7 package and it does sove the problem..but i cant be re-installing automate everytime the error appear..i need to know what went wrong..

I have automate 7 installed on 5 machine in the office..and 3 out of 5 machine always have the same problem..

Luckily for me,,whenever i re-install automate, and run the automate task administrator,,all my task will automatically be there..seems like it is being auto recovered.

Please advise.

Hi Masterji,

I recommend that you upgrade to v7.1.3.0 since you are running a version that is at least 4 versions older than the latest AM7/BPA7 release. The update alone may correct the issues.

Hi Liz...

Thanks...not going to upgrade to latest version of A7 as we are in process of evaluating the automate 9...

Hopefully automate 9 will be much better in terms of performance than A7
