Windows 2008 R2 SP1 This is our first task to run as an interactive task. Task is set to run, logon, unlock as Specified User which is Default user which is a domain account. Getting thses messages: 2012-09-19 09-55-00,PSW20007,INFO,"Task ""Test Keystrokes"" started",417,705 2012-09-19 09-55-00,PSW20007,ERROR,"Task ""Test Keystrokes"" failed on step with error: Task could not start because the specified interactive session (session ""3"") could not be located. (Code: 1)",605,706
Task Steps: (Right click, Select All, Copy to copy to the clipboard. Steps can then be pasted into the AutoMate Task Builder) |

Thank you for your post. If you are running the task from the Task Administrator or off of a trigger the task will run in whatever session has the Event Monitor (AMEM.exe process). The task will try to start the Event Monitor as the user specified in the Logon Properties. So you will want to look at what user AMEM is running under as well as the Logon properties of the task when running the task and getting the error.
