We are using the "FTP Download" command to download files from a Client FTP site. We are sometimes downloading 0 KB files and on checking with the client, the client is saying that we are downloading the files before they finish uploading the files.

I was under the impression that the "FTP Download" command would wait for a file to be completely available before attempting to download. Is that not true? If that is not true, how can we prevent an issue like this from happenning?

Hi Arun,

I would suggest that you use the Ftp Long List and only download the files whose size is > 0

Give that a try and let us know your result.
