Hello Kumar,
Thank you for allowing us to assist you over a Go To Assist session to resolve your issue. As you know a specific user should never be assigned to the log on properties of AutoMate or BPA Server 9 (AMTS.exe) service under Windows Services. The service should always run as a local SYSTEM account. Once this setting was changed back to it's default. You were able to successfully execute the Workflow from the SMC and run the job on the Remote Agent in question.
