Hi,

I try to create a Terminal connection using SSH, use emulation ansi, VTxxx..etc

i get a window open but not getting anything...no login etc...

Blank window

the output said its connected, but it is not, I try to use a bad login and password and it still say connected,

Is there something I'm missing?

It work with ubuntu desktop but not suse enterprise linux server 10.1...

Try adding a display box right after your Connect Terminal action so that the terminal display stays open. This way you can see if there is a longer delay before you see the default prompt. It's possible that you will require adding a pause sending terminal text.

Hi, we hade the same problem. (with Sles 11 SP1)
I our case we needed to enable password in the sshd config.
/etc/ssh/sshd_config
and change the parameter PasswordAuthentication from "no" to "yes".

After that it worked.

I found the answer here (as I understand it from the SSHD debug they use SecureBlackbox.7)

Networksautomation should consider to also implement the SSH key exchange function that SecureBlackbox supports.

Its also bad that it reports connected when it acctually is refused connection, the correct behavior whold be to report failed.

It's a long time since this post, and it seems BPA server 10 still can't connect to SSH servers that doesn't require username and password...

Any chance fixing it in the near future?
