Hi guys just ungraded my computer to win7 64 bit have version 6.2.8.
Have a simple task to play a wav file at a specific time. Works fine until the monitor shuts off. If i wake up the monitor I can see in automate that the task had run just didn't play any sound
Cant figure it out.

Hi Rick,

AM6 is not supported in Windows Vista or higher as far as unlocking or logging onto those operating systems. Are you only referring to the monitor going into sleep mode or does the workstation also automatically lock at that same time? The monitor itself would not cause the issue.

I think it has to do with the way that I exported and imported the tasks to my new computer because if I delete the task and rebuild it new then it works fine. Just alot of work though
