Hi,

I would like to automate the archiving of certain html files. In a certain folder I only want to have html files not older than 2 weeks. I had this done very quickly with a move function.  Now the problem now is that in this folder we can have multiple files with a different date but still in the two weeks:

First 8 digits representing an ID number. Last 8 digits representing a date

12345678_20111104.html

12345678_20111105.html

12345678_20111106.html

In my folder with html files not older than two weeks, I want to have only the last file with the most recent date "12345678_20111106.html"

Can someone tell how to do this?

Thanks

Use the date filter in your file copy step. You can also have a task to clean up the folder for you, and remove any files older thaqt 2 weeks.
