Greetings,

I am a new user of AM8 and I was unable to find the answer either in the on-line help or by searchng on "arrays" in this thread.

How does one assign a value to an arrary element using actions? Or must I write a BASIC script to do this?

I am looping through the contents of a single lin of a file and I want to parse out the individual items (strings) and assign each to a seperate element of my array, but I am not seeing how to do this.

I've attached my task and test data.

Thanks In Advance,

Casey

Greetings again,

I figured it out.

Guess I should have just tried adding the "(%counterVariableName%)" index to the varialble name in the Set Variable dialog BEFORE I posted.

Thanks.

Casey
