I have searched through the downloadable tasks and other tasks in the forum but run accross incompatible tasks as they may be using older code so I see N/A when the code cannot be displayed.

I need help with a task that can copy or move files older than 24 months to another location while keeping the directory structure intact as these files are in different folders and subfolders. I there anyone with a similar scenario?

Forgot to add that the folders have a date in the name such as 2007-10-20-customernumber.

Have you tried to use the "Only if older than" option in the File Options of the 'Copy' or 'Move' action? You can add the following expression for the last 24 months. %DateAdd( "m", -24, CStr( Now() ))%

Let us know if that will work for you.
