We have a copy of Automate 8 installed on the production server but no longer use it. When trying to uninstall it, we discovered that the uninstall file no longer exists.

How can we perform a complete uninstall of Automate 8? It is taking up space and we need all associated files removed ASAP.

Hi Gary,

Can you please confirm that you do not see AutoMate 8 in the control panel --> Add/Remove programs?

We tried that. The Add/Remove Program utility runs for a moment and then generates and error stating "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

Hi Gary,

Do you happen to know what version of AutoMate 8 you had running? If so (and you have the .exe) I would suggest you install it then uninstall from add/remove programs.

Our version of Automate 8 is 8.0.1.10

The person who installed Automate on our server is no longer here, so I do not know what happened with any CD or installation package.
