Hi

I am receiving the same error message while downloading files from a remote site.  Is there any further information on this?

I can download the data using other software but not using Automate.  The connection opens and the download starts but after 2 or 3 seconds I get the message above.

Thanks

Hi Kevin,

Would it be possible to set-up a remote support session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with a list of your availability. Also please include the Operating System of the machine in question and it's bit level, as well as the version and bit level of the AutoMate software.
Note: Please reference this forum thread in your email.

Was there a fix applied for this issue? I am getting the 10058 error trying to setup a new SFTP connection.
