Hi There,

if I want to to connect to some sftp server I get the error message:

FTP Error: Connection lost (10058)

what is the reason for this problem ? is there a workaround for this problem ?

I see that there are others having trouble with the same issue. have you been able to overcome this issue ?

Infos:

if we are using a different sftp client (like linux sftp) we can connect.

we are using password authentication

thanks a lot

david

Hello David,

Just to be 100% clear can you confirm that the third party tool is installed on the same machine as AutoMate?

Can you confirm what tool you are using (i.e. filezilla)?
