Hi Cory,

Does this workflow/task run in the background? If so, you can then specify the credentials for the tasks and have them run in the background. This way it doesn't matter who is logged onto the machine, the tasks and workflows will run in the background under the context of the user you specified.

Is there a way that a BPA workflow developer can test their workflow using the default account without giving them the password or allowing them to log on as that user on the BPA server?

For example, I have a workflow that I'm building, but I personally don't have or need permissions to a shared folder that the system BPA account (that we run the majority of our workflows) has. Am I able to test the workflow on demand, as the system account, to validate it will run when I deploy it?
