Bpa Server version: 8.0.1.0
Windows 7, 32 bit

So. All of the sudden the task builder has started to crash when debug running a task that's been saved in bpa server.

I can debug run anything when starting the task builder stand alone, but when ever i open a task from within a workflow and try to run it, it stops responding.

What happens is it runs the first few lines of actions and then halts on typically action 7. The line stays green and the taskbuilder is responsive. At this stage, every line i click becomes highlighted green.
The only option is to click stop or pause, and when i click either of them i get the message after a while that the task has become unresponsive and i have to force the task to stop.

If i debug run it again, nothing runs, it's still responsive, but when i click stop or pause i get an errormessage:
TfrmAMBB7::StopTask
Access violation at address 00452ABF in module 'AMTB.exe'. Read of address 00000000
.. and task builde close down. However, amtb.exe is still running and showing in the taskbar.

I've tried uninstalling SMC and reinstall it, and also restarting computer, but nothing seems to work. We have tried restarting the bpa server machine, but the problem persists.

Is there anything you can think of off the top of your head that can solve this?

Hi Andreas,

Would it be possible to setup a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to support@networkautomation.com with a list of your availability.
