I copied the sample workflow that compares 2 directories to see what files need to be ftp'd. I'm using it to compare files in a completed directory against those in a pending directory, and if they exist in both, write the file name to a text file. It works great in test when the datasets are small, but when I run it in production and the datasets are large, it fails.
The Comp_File_Listing dataset has @ 25,000 rows, and the Pending Orders directory has about 18,500 entries. I've put in some error trapping and when the error occurs, the value of "theCurrentFile" is the last entry in the Pending Orders directory, which suggests it's not recognizing that it needs to end the inner loop.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Any and all suggestions for fixing this are most appreciated! We're on BPA Server 8.0.9.0.

Thanks much,
Becki Bloch

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. I forgot to track the post so I didn't get an email notification. I ended up changing the workflow to do a 'file exists' within the loop, and that worked great. Thanks Liz!
