Most of my workflows that use Schedule Event triggers are set with the "When task is late" option set to "Immediately run the workflow".  I expected that if the server was being rebooted or something at the scheduled time, that this setting would cause the workflow to run as soon as the environment was right. A recent instance caused me to question this, so I set out to test it.
I can keep a workflow from running on schedule by stopping either the AutoMate BPA Server 8 Agent or AutoMate BPA Server 8 Execution Server service.  But when I restart the service that I stopped for testing, my test workflow does not run.
Are there some subtleties here that I'm not grasping from the documentation?
I have only one BPA server, where both the services run.  The server is Windows Server 2003 Std.  When I stop either of the services, the tray icon turns red, and when I re-start the stopped service, the tray icon turns blue.  My test workflow has a one-once schedule trigger that I reset for 1 or 2 minutes ahead for each test iteration.  (That was far enough to allow the wkflow to run on several test instances when I was trying over ineffective ways to derail the schedule.)

I have been told that this bug is fixed in or before v9.0.2.8, but I don't have a BugID for it and have not verified the fix.
