I have a system which up until recently was able to run the BPA 8 Agent without a problem.

However, recently the Agent would stop after about an hour.

So I uninstalled Automate 6, BPA 7 Agent and BPA 8 Agent. I rebooted, and deleted All Network Automation folders from c:\Programs Files and from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Applications Data\Network Automation

I then rebooted, and reinstalled the Agent.

The Agent is never able to start. I receive the following error:

The instruction at "0x7c90108d" referenced memory at "0x001704ad". The memory could not be "written". Check OK to terminate the program.

Any ideas on what I can do to get the Agent working on this system?

Running BPA 8.01.10

Hi Richard,

Is BPA Server 8 using SQL Express that came with the BPA install or are you using your own SQL database backend? It's possible the Agent will need to be re-authenticated. Can we schedule a GoToAssist session to review this behavior on your machine? Please email and let us know your availability.
