Answer:
Hi Sarathi,

I'm not sure what version of IE these command line options apply to:

Deletes ALL History
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 255

Deletes History Only
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1

Deletes Cookies Only
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 2

Deletes Temporary Internet Files Only
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8

Deletes Form Data Only
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 16

Deletes Password History Only
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 32

Searching for command line options to accomplish what you want to do yielded the above results.

Guys,

Is there any other alternative other than opening Tools->Internet Options.

I have lot of tasks running on IE. I need to have start of the task such that it clears all the cache and cookies, i tried Tools->Internet Options and shortcut keys ctrl+shift+delete.

Is there any other possibilities other than this. Both the above process are having multiple steps

Thanks in advance for any input on this...........

Sara
