Answer:

Hello Zorin,

Due to security reasons, the customer is claiming an alternative solution for agent's remote control. As SCCM is currently approved by IT Security, this is an valid option to consider.

Thanks for clearing!

Greetings to all,

Due to the behavior of Terminal Services (mstsc.exe), I use UltraVNC viewer to access, initiate workflows and leave them running on remote computers.

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the UltraVNC for Microsoft SCCM Remote Control option to accomplish this same task?

Thanks!

Hello Herminio,

The Microsoft SCCM Remote Control (RDP) can be used for similar functionality as Ultra VNC viewer, namely the activities you have outlined. Keep in mind that certain keystrokes cannot be passed to the client computer such as
. CTRL+ALT+DELETE
. CTRL+ESC
. ALT+TAB
. ALT+KEY

If you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
