Hi,

We are a new Automate BPA Server client and I was wondering whether there is any difference in the way support is handled/prioritised if raised via the forums versus phone or email.

I prefer to use forums so that everyone can see answers and save people asking the same question again in the future.

Thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex,

The priority for support is as follows:

1. Phone
2. Email/Tickets
3. Forums

We make every effort to respond to all support requests within 1 business day based on the priority list above. The avenue with which you want to receive support is entirely up to you.
