Hi Support,
In version 9.0.4.5 or later, is there a way to call AMExecute by not passing username and password but instead use integrated security to authenticate? Example for this is connecting to SQL database using connection string. By passing "Integrated Security=SSPI" instead of passing username and password. If this feature is not present, is there a way to pass the password in encrypted format instead of clear text due to security issue? |

Hello GlenfordMedina,
Unfortunately the credentials are required to be entered in plain text for the authentication. To avoid having to provide credentials, you would need to instead use a trigger. ------------------------- ![]() Justin Aucoin | Support Analyst AutoMate | Division of HelpSystems HelpSystems, LLC | T: +1.213.738.1700 | F: +1.213.738.7665 |
