Hi, I downloaded the trial version a few months ago. We could not get Automate to do what we needed it to do (no fault of Automate - we were under extreme time pressure) and so we have not used it. Things are a lot quieter now and I would like to try it again. When I try and download the software, I get 'email address already registered'. Is there any way around this?

Hi Tim,

It looks like you have already used the New User Registration, so all you need to do is enter your login under the Existing Users area of the login page, located on the left side of the page.

Out of curiosity, what are you attempting to accomplish?  Maybe we could help set you on the right path so you get a positive experience this time around.
