Hi everyone,
I gave 3 days of training last week and got some good feature requests. I will be posting them in separate threads so you can respond to them individually. First one is one i have also had from other days of training i gave and is particularly good for non-programmers and AM beginners. Let AutoMate ask you to create a variable for you if you type a name in the variable field that does not yet exist. The best point in time to ask is when you click OK to close the action dialog. This will reduce errors and increase the speed at which you can build a task. What also doesn't help is the fact that datasets are already created for you in the action pane. I can see that people find that is confusing. Thanks, Benjamin ------------------------- ![]() |
