Hi To All,
It is possible to create a global variable that can be use in all workflows.
Scenario. I will will declare the login details of the SQL as gSQLLogin Let say I have 3 Workflow I will use in Workflow1, Workflow2 & Workflow3 the variable gSQLLogin. In that case I will not create a variable in each workflow.
Thanks Ryl

Elmer,
variables common to all workflow are the "constants". But their value is set by an administrator in the SMC and by Agent, and cannot be modified by tasks. If you want some variables set with initial values in all workflows, independent of agents, you can have some constant(s) on one single agent, and at the beginning of each workflow run a special task on that agent to read the constant(s) and sets their value to some shared variable(s) of the workflow. This way the values will be available to all tasks, whichever the agent they run on. ------------------------- Jean Delfosse - Automate Beta Tester Win7 Pro 64 bits -Win XP Pro SP3 32 bits - AM8, AM7, BPA10, BPA9, BPA8, BPA7, AM6 Enterprise, AM4 ![]() |
