Hi, We have a tool which we would like to replace with BPA Server which downloads email attachments from emails. There is some basic functionality in BPA server for this but we would like the ability to pick emails by sender, subject or attachment name rather than needing to provide a message ID. If there is any way to do this with existing BPA functionality we would really appreciate details. Thanks, James |

Hi James,
Have you tried using the "Filters" option in the 'Get Email' action? (screenshot attached) Let us know if that works for you. ------------------------- ![]() Ricardo Castaneda | Principal Support Analyst AutoMate | Division of HelpSystems HelpSystems, LLC | T: +1.213.738.1700 |

Thanks Ricardo, for some reason I did not see those filters as available. I will check this today. I think this will do everything we need |
