Answer:
Hello John,

Unfortunately, the trigger's rescheduling component will only follow the guidelines set forth by the interval and exclude settings. As such, a workaround to reach your goal would be to create an additional schedule event using a custom schedule interval. In this custom schedule you would include the dates that you wish the task to run on as a means of following up on the 2nd working days of the month that fall on a holiday.

This will of course require you to go through and manually check all of the 2nd working days of each month that fall on a holiday to populate the second schedule event trigger.

Hi,

We are are currently scheduling a task to run Every 2nd working day of the month.
Now we want to exclude the Holidays.
I do know that Automate does allow you to exclude the holidays in your Country, however it does not push out the date by 1.

E.g. Assume that tthe 2nd Aug is a public holiday and it is the 2nd working day of the month, and that it is a holiday. The task should then run on the 3rd of Aug or the 5th of Aug depending whether the 3rd is a Saturday.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Zorin,

Where can I find the list of dates that are considered holidays in US? I just want to be sure our holiday calender is the same as what Automate uses.

Thanks for the assistance.
