when we restart our AM9 server, the event monitor is not started. We have to start it manually. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi Jim,
Are there other users logged on via RDP? If so one of those users could be running the Event Monitor. By default it is set to first come first serve. This can be changed by completing the following; 1. Open the SMC 2. Select Options 3. Select Default Properties 4. Select Miscellaneous 5. Change the Event Monitor User context to what you would like. Note you will need to restart the agent service for the change to occur.

Hi Jim,
I apologize, Can you check Task Manager to make sure there aren't multiple users logged in as the same user? Do you have any errors in the Windows Event viewer under application?

We use Remote Admin to connect that restricts us to one user session, so no, only one user conencted. And I checked the Windows Event Viewer and there are no warnings or errors within 30 min. of when the task failed.

Hello Jim,
Is there any virus software running on the machine? is AMEM.exe blocked perhaps? If you navigate to the AM9 service, right click select properties, then navigate to the "logon" tab, what is the service set to?
