Hello everyone, my department uses BPA since a couple years. Unfortunately the responsible of our BPA tool left and now I am the new Service manager, but I am new and need some help. We have a security issue because my predecessor never updated the Database, because of that my chef ordered a managed database, which is on a new server. I made a Buckup and restored it on the new Database Schema (also named BPA). Then I tried to change the connection (Options -> Server Settings -> Data Store -> Configure) there I put following information: Server: Database: Username: Password: unfortunately the connection always fails when pressing "Test connection". All Ports are open to communication between both Server. Also the User have read/write rights. I hope you can help me to see where my Problem is. PS: I don't know if it's relevant, but my old SQL Server was 32bit and my new Server is 64 bit. Thank you, Ali
