In excel I can calculate the distance between two points using a function, but I would like to replicate this same formula in Automate.

This is the formula used in Excel: =ACOS(SIN(Lat1)*SIN(Lat2) +COS(Lat1)*COS(Lat2)*COS(Lon2-Lon1)) *6371

I know Automate has the ability to perform math formulas, but I can't seem to figure it out.

Can anyone please help?

Hello JustinChugg,

The AutoMate Math group does not contain the ACOS, or inverse cosine, function. Our math group consists of Abs, Atn, Cos, Exp, Fix, Int, Log, Randomize, Rnd, Round, Sgn, Sin, Sqr, Tan. Your would need to construct this formula to use AutoMate for this calculation.
