Hi everyone,

I need help from you guys. One of our clients connecting to our infrastructure to use SFTP services is complaining that they are unable to accept the new fingerprint of my server in the automate 9 tool.

Error log provided:
15:30:16 PM : Connecting to ******* connection type is Sftp_Public_Key.
15:30:16 PM : Server key [**************] received.
15:30:16 PM : Error 105

Can someone help me to figure out the solution for this issue?

Thank you,
Krishna

Krishna,

You may need to update the cipher selection within the FTP logon step. Try using the Legacy option and if that doesn't work, you will need to select Custom option and adjust the ciphers according to the server you are connecting to.

I was able to locate a working connection using ipswitch to find the new cipher selections and applied those values to the custom selection and now have access.

So it looks like the Cipher Auto Adjust is not reliable within automate 9.0

will a patch be forth coming?
