Good afternoon people.

I I have a problem with bpa automate server 9.
The case is as follows:

From time to time workflows do not start over, just return to start after rebooting the services of the executing server and management server, I do not know what to do someone could help me?

NOTE: When this error occurs is not generated evidence in the windows of the log viewer.
It does not generate evidence of errors in the BPA 9 application.

Note: Automate BPA 9.0.5.4

Hello Elson,

1 What type of conditions are contained within these workflows that you suspect are not being triggered? Scheduled and/or File System, etc...
Have you determined if indeed the condition is not firing OR it is firing but the task is not running?

2 If you have confirmed that the condition is always being met and is indeed not firing to then trigger the task contained within, then I suggest we conduct a remote session to ascertain why these workflows are not being triggered as designed.

Please let us know your availability for setting up a Remote Session so we may see this issue first hand. If this is possible please send an email over to automate.support@helpsystems.com.

Hello Elson,

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to connect with you over a remote session.
Please use the 'AutoMate.BPAServer.Execution.dll' attached in the email I sent to hotfix your installation of v9054 as discussed more in depth on this Forum thread:
http://forums.networkautomatio...=y&keyword1=threading

Let us know if this rectifies the issue.
