I'm trying to upload a file using FTP with SSL (Explicit), Encrypt data channel, Ignore invalid server certificate.

When it gets to the upload step it errors out with "425 Can't open data connection".

I don't have an issue uploading the files using an FTP client. Am I missing something?

Hi Daniel,

Is the third party tool installed on the same machine as BPA?

At the time there wasn't. I did install one to test and it was successful.

Hi Daniel,

Would it be possible to set-up a GoToAssist session where we can take a closer look at this issue? If this is possible please send an email over to AutoMate.Support@helpsystems.com with a list of your availability.

Note: Please reference this forum thread in your email.
