After enabling SSL in the options, any attempt to run the BPA SMC has failed.

Is there anywhere I can go to disable this option?

Hello William,

Please try the following.
If you have BPA SQL back end, please open your BPA database in SQL Management Studio.
Expand your tables folder and right click on dbo.serverproperties
On the popup menu please select "Select Top 1000 rows"
Please look at my screenshot attach to the ticket
You will change the "UseSSL" column to 0 (zero)

Once you have made the changes to the table please restart services for BPA server in the following order
Stop Services in the following Order:
1st Agent(s)
2nd Management Server
3rd Execution Server

Restart Services in the following Order:
1st Execution Server
2nd Management Server
3rd Agent(s)

Please let us know if this solved your issue

Hi William,

You should be able to make the changes from your Database backend.
If you have SQL Server as the BPA backend please open it up in SQL Server Manager.
Expand the BPA Database folder
Expand Tables
look for dbo.serverproperties
right click and select
"Select Top 1000 rows"
Change the value for UseSSL to 0 (Zero)

Restart BPA services.
