Remote agent is able to connect via port 9500.

I did tried to reinstall but still the same error I'm getting "Agent authentication of "server name" failed because"

I read some forums and some was resolved by uninstalling a certain MS patch MS16-077 | KB3161949. I did verify the patch was install on our server and I tried to uninstall it but to no avail, the same error for agent authentication.

Please give few insights please.

Rommel,

Is this a new agent installation? Did you specify the user name and password during the agent installation so that it can authenticate against the server?

Yes it is. This is an old install and its working and suddenly it stop working and got the error. I talked to Justin and we reinstall the agent and the same error.

Is there anything else we need to do to resolved this? I have an existing filed to your team and we can schedule the remote session so we can check this further.
