Hi,

I'm new to automate but have managed to create some basic workflows which are triggering some file transfers for me. As these workflows are kind of related, i'd like to create a workflow that will email me a daily summary of all my ftp workflows and just show if they were successful or not and the time it ran.

I thought this might be a out of the box reporting function but cannot find where i could do this. At the moment, each workflow emails me after completion or failure but i dont want to check 10 emails, i'd rather have 1!

If not possible, i was thinking of adding a task to each of the workflows to add a line of text to a local file (or variable?) upon success/failure and then setting up a daily schedule to email me the file at the end of the day.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Hello,

This is going to be a custom task that needs to be created, I would suggest that you change the current tasks to write to a file the result of the run. At the end of the task you setup a new task that will read that file and send it to you via email, you will now have the results of all runs in one email.
