Sometimes you have to revert to code. This requires a reference to
Microsoft Scripting Runtime (1.0).
Here is what this task does... 1. Gives you a file dialog to choose a task file 2. Drops into BASIC code to read through that task file and create another temporary file with the line number appended at the beginning of each line 3. Prints the temporary file to your default printer 4. Deletes the temporary file This is certainly not perfect, feel free to modify and re-post. Task Steps: (Right click, Select All, Copy to copy to the clipboard. Steps can then be pasted into the AutoMate Task Builder) ------------------------- Thanks, Noel Scheaffer |

Hi,
The way I like to print the code is to use Techsmith Snagit, which will autoscroll and capture your whole script, ready for printing (colour is nicest). Works a treat and includes the line numbers. Also having a printout is great for when you have a lot of nested loops or IF's - you can easily lose track of what relates to what. Cheers |
