Hey all,
just wanted to provide a code snippet to be used in a task using functions already included in AutoMate. It will get the mouse position, including the color of the pixel, if needed, so that you can use it in some way in a task and will report it in a dialog box at the end. It contains a comment line, where you can insert a "Move cursor" step so that you can determine the position of an object or the cursor at any given time to be used in that task, or to set a variable. Hopefully this is useful to someone out there other than me ![]() EDIT: I've cleaned up the attached code. Task Steps: (Right click, Select All, Copy to copy to the clipboard. Steps can then be pasted into the AutoMate Task Builder) Edited: 08/16/2005 at 08:41 AM by PC |
